Dumbbell Dual Grip™ was born from a real problem in real training environments.
In apartment and hotel gyms, workouts are often limited by the available weights, typically topping out at 50 lbs. For serious strength training, that quickly becomes a bottleneck.
To work around this, I began holding two dumbbells crossed in each hand. It allowed heavier lifts, but it wasn’t a real solution. It was uncomfortable, unstable, and often pinched the skin.
Still, it worked, and that’s when the idea clicked.
There had to be a better way to safely and effectively achieve the same result.
As travel became more frequent, the same limitation kept showing up again and again. Instead of working around it, I decided to build a solution designed specifically for it.
